Processing time
Every Glowgrain box is handcrafted to order, in small weekly batches — not mass-produced or pre-stocked. Please allow 5-7 business days for us to engrave, assemble, and prepare your order before it ships.

Shipping cost
Free shipping on all orders to the United States, no minimum purchase required.

Delivery time
Glowgrain ships from Portugal. Once your order leaves our workshop, delivery to the US typically takes 7-14 business days, depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Total time from order to delivery
Combining processing and shipping, most orders arrive within 2-3 weeks of purchase. If you need your Glowgrain by a specific date, please reach out before ordering and we'll let you know if it's possible.

Customs & import fees
Orders shipped internationally (Portugal → USA) may occasionally be subject to customs fees or import duties upon arrival. These are set by US customs, not by Glowgrain, and are the customer's responsibility if applied.

Delays
Because every box is handmade in small batches, processing times may occasionally run longer during high-demand periods (holidays, launch weeks). We'll always email you if there's a delay.
